California Carrot Salad
| 6 | cups grated carrots |
| 1 | cup raisins |
| DRESSING: | |
| 1/3 | cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
| 1/3 | cup nonfat mayonnaise |
| 1/3 | cup nonfat sour cream |

Place the carrots and raisins in a large bowl, and toss to mix well. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, and stir to mix. Pour the dressing over the carrot mixture, and toss to mix well. Cover the salad and chill for several hours or overnight before serving. Yields 10 servings.
