Steamed Kale

1bunch kale, washed1clove garlic, minced


Remove fibrous branches (white stems) from kale. Shred kale finely & place in steamer with minced garlic. Steam kale & garlic over hot water for 10 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat, toss together; add salt & pepper to taste. Serves 6. (46 cals.; 2g. prot.; 0g. fat)
