Apple Cinnamon Pecan Cake

2cups all-purpose flour2teaspoons baking powder
1teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2cup butter, softened1cup granulated sugar
2eggs1teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3cup evaporated lowfat milk3/4cup chopped pecans
3cups peeled, finely chopped apples2tablespoons powdered sugar


Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon & nutmeg in bowl. Beat butter & sugar until creamy; beat in eggs & vanilla. Alternately beat in flour mixture & evaporated milk. Stir in apples & nuts. Spread batter into baking pan. Bake 40 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool completely before serving.
