Orzo-Broccoli Pilaf
| 2 | teaspoons olive oil | 1 | cup sliced fresh mushrooms |
| 1/2 | cup chopped onion | 2/3 | cup orzo |
| 1 | (14-1/2 oz) can reduced-sodium chicken broth | 1/2 | cup shredded carrot |
| 1 | teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed | 1/8 | teaspoon pepper |
| 2 | cups small broccoli florets | | |

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook & stir the mushrooms & onion in hot oil until the onion is tender. Stir in orzo. Cook; stir about 2 mins more or until orzo is lightly browned. Remove from heat. Carefully stir in the broth, carrot, marjoram & pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 15 mins or until orzo is tender but still firm. Remove from heat; stir in broccoli. Let stand, covered, 5 mins. Serves 6. (113 cals.; 2 g. fat; 4 g. prot.)
