A twist on a traditional cheese, this Aged Cheddar from Redwood Hill Farm is made with pasteurized goat milk. It still has that robust cheddar flavor you know and love, plus mild notes of sweetness and a slightly nutty taste. This firm cheese is aged for at least one year in order to develop its complex flavor. Not certified organic.
