Grilled Snap Peas

Simple to make and simply delicious! This dish can be served warm or cold.


1 pound snap peas

1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil

sea salt to taste



Preheat grill on medium-high.

Prepare the peas by removing the stem end and tough string down the side of each pea pod.

Place snap peas and olive oil in a bowl and toss to coat.

Use tongs to place the pods onto the grill, careful not to let them drop through the grates.

Turn pods several times while grilling, until peas are lightly charred and turn bright green (about 5-7 minutes total).

Remove from grill and place in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve or chill for later.
