Kumquat & Blood Orange Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

4 blood oranges, rind and seeds removed

1 naval orange, rind and seeds removed

10 kumquats, cut in half to remove seeds

2 carrots, coarsely chopped

1-2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons chia seeds

1/2 cup milk or yogurt

1/2 cup ice

This smoothie is pretty in pink!  It has a sweet tart and tangy citrus flavor…. Perfect to wake you up in the morning or for a refreshing snack during the day. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 -45 seconds.

Pour into glasses and Enjoy!
