About the producer
In the early 2000s, in Oakland, California, a freelance musician and coffee lunatic, weary of the commercial coffee enterprise and stale, overly roasted beans, decided to open a roaster for people who craved the actual taste of fresh coffee. He vowed to only sell coffee less than 48 hours out of the roaster so that consumers could enjoy their coffee at peak flavor. 15 years later, Blue Bottle Coffee is a household name throughout the Bay Area. They work directly with farmers around the world to get the finest, most delicious, and responsibly sourced coffee beans. Then, they roast them to their exacting flavor standards and sell them at peak deliciousness for your enjoyment.
