Pam Schulte, the founder of Lucky Spoon Bakery, is changing the way people think about gluten-free food. Gluten-free used to be code for “taste-free,” or “you can eat it but you probably won’t like it.” A veteran baker, Pam has made gluten-free taste good, really good. Inspired by her gluten-intolerant husband and friends, she set out to reinvent gluten-free and created foods just as tasty as traditional recipes. On a mission to share their gluten-free treats with the world, Lucky Spoon Bakery makes cookies, cupcakes, muffins, brownies and cakes that are moist, fresh and delicious.
