About the producer
Rebecca Brady, originally from New Zealand, founded Top Seedz in the U.S. in 2017 after years of making seed crackers and roasted seeds at home. As an avid traveler and sports enthusiast, she believes that healthy eating strongly influences the way we live and feel.
At first, Rebecca was the only employee as she scaled up her cracker recipe, always with simple ingredients. Top Seedz products are all made by hand and are organic, gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free. "It's a mix of seeds. Mainly pumpkin, flax, sunflower seeds, chia and hemp. Arrowroot, olive oil and hot water hold it all together, and a little bit of magic,” says Rebecca.
Top Seedz wants to spread the message that when we eat healthy, we can create positive change within ourselves and in the world. As part of this mission, Top Seedz employs refugees from all over the world, including Afghanistan, Somali, and Sudan. Rebecca adds, "I like the mix of the international community, inclusion."
