About the producer
As a child in Brittany, France, Coco Guilhem spent summer afternoons picking wild berries and autumn days gathering apples and pears from local orchards. In her family's kitchen, she learned the traditional art of preserve-making, watching fruit transform into copper kettles that retained every bit of flavor and nutrition. Those early experiences shaped her understanding that the best preserves come from respecting the fruit's natural sweetness and character.
Coco now calls San Francisco home and continues crafting both her classic French recipes and new creations inspired by her life's major milestones. Her commitment remains unchanged: delivering authentic, all-natural preserves that capture the simple pleasure of homemade goodness in every jar.
