About the producer

When Anna discovered that traditional jam must contain at least 55% sugar to legally be called "jam," she decided it was time to break the rules. Back in 2018, with her partner Steve, she started experimenting in her Brooklyn kitchen with a simple mission to create something she could generously dollop on overnight oats without the sugar crash. Using dates and chia seeds as natural sweeteners and thickeners, they eliminated refined sugars while keeping all the bold, real fruit flavor intact.
