It's a vegan, gluten-free, savory, umami and peppery seasoning - best used on rice, avocado toast, eggs, popcorn, potato chips, soups, noodles, soba…possibly anything. Not certified organic.
About the producer
Mama Fong, born in Shanghai and raised in Los Angeles, became the heart of the family through her self-taught Chinese cooking. From stir-fried noodles to five-spice chicken wings, her dishes made her the star of family gatherings and her children's parties. When her son, Keegan, left for college, he realized his upbringing offered rare culinary treasures.
Missing his mother's cooking, Keegan and his sister, Julie, began hosting pop-ups in a Koreatown alley, taking vacation days from their full-time jobs to share Mama's beloved recipes. What started as family vacation projects has now evolved into Woon, bringing Mama Fong's cherished flavors to homes everywhere.
