About the producer
Ben and Stacey launched Cappello's after leaving their corporate careers to pursue farming on opposite sides of the globe — he in Colorado, she in Argentina. The founders discovered a shared passion for creating food by hand and connecting with the ingredients they grew themselves.
Upon returning to Colorado, the pair began developing gluten-free alternatives that would challenge the typically lackluster options available in stores. Their experimentation in the kitchen led to products that prioritize both quality ingredients and flavor. Cappello's products are made with almond flour and other nutrient-dense ingredients.
