About the producer
Artist Holly Skaggs founded Wild Tonic after transitioning from painting with beeswax to experimenting with honey-based fermentation in Arizona. Her background in beeswax-based art led her to explore Jun, a fermented beverage made with green tea and honey. Holly spent years developing her Jun brewing process, eventually creating what became Wild Tonic's signature sparkling beverage.
