Whole Moon was created to tackle shortcomings in the plant-based beverages. Watery texture, minimal nutrition, and the reliance on added oils to mimic creaminess we're not cutting it. Whole Moon uses whole ingredients like almonds, oats, pistachios, and coconuts, blended with whole-roasted soybeans to provide what they call Whole Protein. They prioritize using the entire ingredient rather than extracting or isolating components, resulting in a thicker consistency and higher protein content than many plant-based alternatives.
