Bon Bon's Sour Elderflower Fish are inspired by the homemade cordial made from freshly picked elderflowers. Sweet and sour with a delicate elderflower flavor, these fish are a refreshing treat in every bite. These fish are vegan, gluten-free, naturally colored, and made in Sweden. As it should be! Not certified organic.

About the producer

Bobby Persson, Leo Schaltz, and Selim Adira founded BonBon in 2017 out of a shared homesickness for the candy of their native Sweden. Their first shop opened on the Lower East Side in Manhattan in 2018. Everything is imported from Sweden, which lets the founders keep an eye on quality at both ends. Their five original fish candy flavors followed the successful store opening. Bobby, Leo, and Selim work to make as much of their candy as possible vegan, gluten-free, and colored with natural ingredients. It turns out Swedish candy travels well.
