These lovely summer blooms from Full Belly Farm will keep their color even after they are dried. That's why the ancient Greeks named this plant "amarantos" which means unfading. The flowers can be enjoyed fresh for the first week, then hung upside down or put in a vase without water to dry and enjoyed for weeks to come. To keep your flowers fresh, try cutting flower stems 1" from the bottom and placing into water.
