Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Cut your peaches or nectarines in half and remove the pits.
Brush the fleshy side with grapeseed or canola oil.
Place cut side down and cook until the fruit are tender, about 3-8 minutes depending on the size of your fruit.
Allow fruit to cool, then cut into wedges.
Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until combined.
Fill serving bowl with arugula and top with grilled fruit, avocado, feta and sliced almonds. Drizzle with dressing (there should be some left over for later use) and serve.
