Pumpkin Spice Smoothie with Greek Yogurt

This smoothie is basically like eating a slice of pumpkin pie for breakfast, but no one will give you the side eye for doing it!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup milk (almond, soy or your favorite dairy alternative works, too)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup pumpkin purée

1 ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 -1 cup ice cubes

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Using a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix until combined. Taste and add more honey if you want it a little sweeter. Enjoy!
