Souperb’s opened for business in February 2012 by Joanna Terry and her soups are all handmade in small batches. Her grandmother, Myrtle, owned a restaurant where farmers would drop their fresh vegetables at the door of the restaurant and Myrtle would create mouth-watering dishes. Joanna’s mom, Mary, learned to cook by Myrtle’s standards and taught her daughters the same fundamental approach of making everything from scratch with love.

Joanna enjoys continuing her grandmother’s tradition of using the freshest ingredients to make delicious, heartwarming food.
