Made by the Upper Crust Baking Co, this beautiful sandwich loaf is made with 100% whole-grain wheat milled in Yolo County, honey and ancient grains. It's perfect for hearty sandwiches, or your morning toast. In addition to giving it wonderful flavor, the whole grain blend of wheat, barley, corn, brown rice, rye, triticale, millet, oat, soy and flax is also rich in omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. The bread is finished with a coating of toasted rolled oats. Since 1986, this family-owned and operated bakery has been producing small-batch baked goods in the local, slow food tradition.
All of their products are hand-cut and hand-formed, so we ask that you excuse any irregularities or inconsistencies in your unique loaf. Not certified organic.
