The handmade sugar cookie crust is topped with fresh granny smith apple wedges that have been sprinkled with sugar to get a beautiful caramelization. The result is a delicate balance of sweet and tart flavors. Upper Crust Baking Co has been family owned and operated since they opened over 30 years ago. They are committed to supporting local farmers in the community by using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Not certified organic.
