This cold-pressed green juice from Sol-ti has an earthy cucumber and apple flavor. It’s slightly bitter thanks to the hearty helpings of kale and spinach, but the light bitterness is balanced by the coolness from the mint. This juice is dense in micronutrients and plant protein from the dark leafy greens. It’s also made with hydrating cucumber that is thought to promote nutrient absorption, as well as soothing mint that provides a sense of calm.
