About the producer
Health-Ade started in 2012 when a husband, wife, and best friend team began selling their kombucha at local farmers markets. They had the goal of creating the best tasting and highest quality sustainably-made kombucha. From the beginning, Health-Ade has been fermented and bottled in glass to reduce plastic waste and exposure to potentially harmful toxins. They also compost all leftover organic matter such as juice pulp and steeped tea bags. Their business has grown and expanded with great success over the years, and their dedication to reducing waste has only increased. Their goal is to be a zero waste company by 2020 via improved recycling systems, composting, and upcycling.
