The vinaigrette incorporates a black pepper and turmeric combination, only uses organic extra virgin olive oil (no fillers here!) and white wine as its vinegar. Turmeric is know for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and is the championing ingredient in this awesome vinaigrette. Not certified organic.
