Just place the brisket in a large stockpot, add the included seasoning, cover with water, and bring to a boil over high heat. After 10-15 minutes, turn the heat down and simmer for 2-3 hours, until the meat is fork-tender. Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides: we like sauerkraut and potatoes.
