Delicious Mexican green salsa made with roasted tomatillos, red onions, serrano peppers, garlic, cilantro, and sea salt. Tomatillo has a slightly herbal taste and is somewhat fruity and tart in flavor. This makes an awesome salsa or you can dress enchiladas, put on top of your chicken, or mix it with guacamole for an explosion of taste. Not certified organic.

NorCal Prime Foods is a small family run business in Concord, California. They carry a variety of products and distribute their homemade salsa, hummus, guacamole, and chips to local grocery stores in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, and Rohnert Park, CA as well as through Farm Fresh To You.
