Butcher’s Organic Beef Broth is made simply to let the ingredients’ true flavors come through. Made from organic bones, organic carrots, and filtered water, this bone broth is easy-to-cook-with and a nutritious standalone drink.
Each bottle is slowly simmered for 24 hours to extract as much from the bones as possible for dense nutrition. The bone broth is made from an in-house formulation, utilizing bones from 100% grass-fed, sustainably & humanely raised cows.
About the producer
Roli Roti was founded by Thomas Odermatt, a third-generation master butcher from Switzerland. Growing up in his family’s award-winning butcher shop, Thomas moved to the States and created America’s first gourmet rotisserie food truck called Roli Roti. Born a single truck in 2002, Roli Roti is now a fleet of six that roams the Bay Area daily slinging its famed rotisserie chickens and porchetta sandwiches. And why the name Roli Roti? Well, it’s named for literally being a rolling rotisserie. Thomas was then inspired to nourish people outside of his trucks in only the ways he knew how. In 2015, Thomas launched the appropriately named Butcher's line of retail products under the Roli Roti name. Just like his food trucks, Thomas brings his expertise of butchery to the Butcher line of products.
