Sel d’Agrume is created from a mixture of gray sea salt from the salt ponds of Guerande in Brittany and the zests from both navel orange and Meyer lemon. Perfect for fish and shellfish, sprinkled on chocolate desserts, or on the rim of a cocktail glass. Not certified organic.
