This Non-GMO Pre-Sliced Beef Pastrami is made with sustainably raised, family-farmed beef. It’s seasoned with a smattering of mouthwatering spices like garlic, coriander, and cloves before it’s slow cooked to perfection.
Ingredients: Beef, water, vinegar, sea salt, turbinado sugar, coriander, chili, powder, celery powder, cracked pepper, pastrami seasonings oils, black pepper, rosemary extract, cherry powder, paprika, garlic and onion.

Now in its fourth generation, the Diestel Family Ranch has been a family farm since 1949. Their ranch is located in beautiful Sonora, California, about 125 miles East of San Francisco as the crow flies. Their animals are raised with room to roam, whether indoors or outdoors on a proprietary, all-vegetarian diet that encourages slow, natural growth. They’re never given hormones, antibiotics or growth stimulants.
Diestel is committed to animal welfare, regenerative agriculture, sustainability, and holistic farming practices that reverse the negative effects of farming by helping to rebuild the soil and restore biodiversity. They also work with other small and independent farmers who are fighting to sustain a method of farming and a way of life that’s existed for generations.
