Your seafood order is packed frozen and delivered on ice in temperature control packages. You can expect some thawing, and should enjoy your seafood within a few days of receipt. All seafood products are harvested by suppliers that subscribe to ecologically sound fishing practices designed to protect our marine environments and sustainably manage our oceans. Once caught, all seafood is processed and flash frozen in vacuum packs at -10°F for freshness. It's the combination of flash freezing which keeps the integrity of the flesh of the fish at time of freezing and vacuum packing which halts the seafood's exposure to oxygen. That combination preserves the freshness and flavor of our seafood until you’re ready to prepare it for your family. Not certified organic.
