These tortillas are made from California organic corn that is cooked with lime and then ground into fresh masa using hand-carved lava stones.
About the producer
It was 1939 when Mi Rancho moved its operation into the former Southern Pacific passenger depot on 7th street in Oakland, California. Mi Rancho was the only authentic Mexican market in the area and a ready and hungry market quickly developed for their fresh handmade tortillas and tamales.
To this day, the fourth-generation Berber family and their team of employees pride themselves on crafting authentic tortillas using the same techniques that have been passed down through the years.
