About the producer
Lundberg Family Farms has been growing rice in California's Sacramento River Delta area since 1937. In the 1960s, the Lundberg family was the pioneer of all-natural rice production in California, selling rice under their own brand by 1972. Today, most of the Lundberg’s rice is certified organic, and what isn’t is “eco-farmed,” with limited chemical use and incorporating ecological growing practices. The Lundbergs also actively preserve their rice fields as habitat for migrating water fowl. They grow over 20 varieties of rice and quinoa, from short and long grain rices to arborio, sushi, and basmati.Their high-quality selection of products has grown beyond organic and non-GMO grains to include ready-to-heat offerings and wholesome snacks.
