La Tourangelle olive oil spray is made with only organic extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed and processed the day of harvest. This preserves the naturally high antioxidant levels and yields a well-balanced, extra fresh oil that is bright, peppery, and ideal for daily cooking. With medium-high heat properties, this flavorful oil is great for stir-fry, sautéing vegetables, grilling, or preparing meat for roasting. It comes in a propellant-free, chemical-free, bpa-free bottle that can be recycled.
About the producer
La Tourangelle is one of the few remaining oil mills keeping the time-honored nut oil production trade alive, in addition to providing olive, avocado and other seed oils. They are a family-owned company located in Saumur, France and, since 2002, in Woodland, California. The oil mill in Woodland produces oil from nuts grown in orchards near the mill in the fertile Central Valley of California or by cooperative farms in Oregon. The highest quality nuts are selected, hand roasted, and the oil is produced with integrity and pride.
