These wild, sustainably caught sardines might just be our new favorite way to get protein, omega-3s and calcium all in one place. If you’re not already a sardine fan, there are so many ways to eat them! Great in salads, sandwiches and pasta dishes. Try sardine tacos, chop and add to spinach or artichoke dip, or serve with mustard on a saltine cracker. You can also sauté them with garlic, onions and tomato, along with a dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve with rice. So tasty! Not certified organic.
