This tuna contains only tuna steak seasoned with a touch of sea salt and no added water or oil so there is nothing to drain. Enjoy the fresh flavor and light, flaky texture of premium tuna. Each 3oz serving has 21g protein and an average 705mg EPA and DHA Omega-3s. Not certified organic.

In 2004, founder Bill Carvalho happened upon an exhibit at the Monterey Bay Aquarium that told the story of our oceans having reached their breaking point. Using 100% pole and line or troll caught methods that only catch smaller migratory tuna, Wild Planet knows the fishermen, boats and boat owners. Their engagement continues when the boats are delivering the catch to the docks through their partnership with Trace Register, tracking each boatload of fish from the moment it reaches the dock until it is delivered to your local merchant.
