About the producer
Jenny, the founder of Three Trees, gained inspiration for real foods from her grandmother who believed the forest was a pure, clean source for nutrient-rich plant ingredients. This philosophy became the inspiration for the company name; in Chinese, the character for Forest 森 is comprised of three of the characters for Tree 木. Three Trees is proud to be on the 100% clean ingredient list, using no thickeners, stabilizers, or emulsifiers in their almond milk. They take lots of organic almonds and grind them with water, pure and simple. And they use the whole nut so there's less waste and more fiber!
