Native Forest’s organic Classic Coconut Milk is made from the first pressing of fresh organic coconut meat. This creates an oil-rich extract which is mixed with filtered water and a very small amount (less than 1%) of organic guar gum from the seeds of the guar plant for a smooth, creamy texture. Try using coconut milk in soups, curries, sauces, desserts, and beverages.
