In 2005, Dave Dahl and his nephew brought some loaves of bread to the Portland Farmers Market to sell. You see, after spending 15 years in prison, Dave was welcomed back to his family’s small bakery by his older brother, Glenn. Determined to prove his worth and make a positive impact, Dave worked tirelessly to bake breads that tasted unlike anything else on the market.
