Raised Gluten Free is a woman-owned Northern California gluten-free bakery dedicated to providing delicious allergen-friendly food. The company was founded in 2011, by Rosa Dixon and Milia Lando, childhood best friends who are now business partners passionate about providing delicious treats for families with food restrictions.
They started the company when Rosa’s daughter, Solea, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at 18 months old, and simultaneously Milia found out she was allergic to eggs, corn, and dairy. It was difficult to find delicious gluten-free, nut free, dairy free, and egg free products. Thus, the two decided to bake their own!
The bakery is a certified gluten-free facility and all of their products are non-GMO verified, Kosher Pareve certified, dairy free, egg free, and peanut free so that their families, and yours, can enjoy decadent treats!
