About the producer
La Fermière Yogurt was founded by Xavier and Christine Thuret in 1952 in the region of Marseille, France. Their aim was to create high-quality, artisanal yogurt using traditional methods and locally sourced ingredients. Over the years, La Fermière has gained a reputation for its smooth texture, rich flavors, and distinctive glass jars and today they make their unique recipes in the US, too.
Proud to use all-natural, premium ingredients, their team of gourmands is committed to the La Fermière vision of bringing to life an indulgent and creamy product. To achieve the finest quality, they seek out the freshest fruit and milk and they never use artificial colors or flavors, chemical stabilizers, high-fructose corn syrup or gelatin. To preserve both the product and the environment, their packaging is sustainably sourced and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
