About the producer
Founded by brothers Brian and Scott Rudolph in 2014, their concept with Banza chickpea pasta was to provide a mainstream option that is gluten-free, nutritious and great tasting. Once they figured out how to scale up from the batches Brian created in his kitchen, the company really took off.
On a mission to inspire people to eat more legumes, Banza’s message is that chickpea comfort foods are good for your health and the planet's health. Growing and eating beans produces fewer greenhouse gas emissions than raising meat, and compared with typical pasta, Banza has 50% more protein, 3 times the fiber and 25% fewer net carbs. And much to the brothers’ delight, many eaters say they can’t tell the difference!
