Chocolove's Peppermint Creme trees are made with traceable cocoa beans; are Rainforest Alliance Certified, which certifies people and the planet, meaning the chocolate is sourced using methods that support social, economic and environmental sustainability; and are Non-GMO Project Verified. As the founder and owner of the business, Timothy Moley was inspired to start Chocolove to take care of people. He wanted to provide something that they looked forward to, that brightened their day, and that they shared with others. He thought great chocolate could be that medium.
Timothy is a professional taster,-- of tea, wine, coffee, and chocolate, and is the keeper of the taste and the brand integrity. Together with Chocolove’s maître chocolatier and chief of innovation, Chef Patrick Peeters (born and raised in Belgium, and with decades dedicated to the art of exquisite pastry and chocolate) they ensure that Chocolove chocolates are made right.
