Waterloo's inspiration for Grape was a long-time favorite soda. To get there, they targeted dark purple Concord grapes from the very beginning. They were careful to balance the jammy and syrupy notes while layering in flavors. For the finishing touch on this complex profile, they added a playful nod to a childhood drink mix. The results defy logic. Not certified organic.
