Todd Blount leads the family business that has been in operation since 1880. For five generations, their family has been cooking for fine dining establishments across the country and along the way they decided to sell some of their legendary comfort foods, like soups, macaroni and cheese, and chowders, directly to their fans. Todd oversees the kitchens where his most beloved family recipes are cooked according to his exacting specifications.
