About the producer
Hema Reddy struggled to find better food options for her family that were convenient, healthy and that her kids would be excited about eating. After creating a blended chicken and vegetable nugget, she became increasingly concerned about the conditions that many chickens are raised in and the impact factory farming has on the environment. Making the transition to a plant-based diet wasn’t easy, but after creating a lentil and veggie-based nugget, Hema spent another two and a half years developing an egg alternative that is packed with plant protein and nutrients but contains no cholesterol. She is proud to offer the WunderEgg as a product that aligns with her values and nourishes our bodies and the planet.
