About the producer
After graduating college and studying finance, Matt was inspired to create a food business because of his love for Lebanese food, given to him by his mother. TOOM is how you pronounce Toum, which means “garlic” in Arabic but is also Lebanese Garlic Sauce. This is a popular condiment served in Lebanese restaurants. Variations of Toum can be found throughout the Middle East. Middle Eastern restaurants often refer to it as “White Sauce.” TOOM is smooth, creamy, garlicky, often served with chicken, sandwiches, falafel, french-fries and so much more. It is even a good mix in with antipasto and spaghetti sauce!
