Led by Founder, CEO and mom Nicole Bernard Dawes, Late July is an independent, family-operated company that offers chips, salsas, popcorn and crackers made with organic, non-GMO ingredients. “Late July grew out of my desire to make delicious and healthy snacks that the whole family will enjoy,” Dawes explains. Always experimenting with new flavors and products, Late July is committed to sourcing high quality organic and non-GMO ingredients that are free of toxic persistent pesticides, artificial flavors, colors and preservatives.

In addition, Late July partners with TerraCycle® to offer consumers a free, easy way to recycle their chip and popcorn packaging. The company also donates 10 percent of profits to causes benefiting children and the environment, including the Newport Folk Festival Foundation and the Food Craft Institute.
