Their Lyon Blend, a cause-driven coffee, contributes to significant social and environmental initiatives. Since 2017, $700,000 has been donated to organizations like the ACLU, with an additional $50,000 targeted for donation between November 2022 and May 2024.
In addition to its social impact, La Colombe prioritizes sustainability, having procured 300,000 pounds of organic coffee in 2022 and diverted 20 tons of waste from landfills through improved packaging practices.
